摘　　要：目的:探讨解毒通脉胶囊对UA热毒痰瘀型的临床疗效。方法:参照卫生部2002年颁布的《中药新药治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究指导原则》,将90例UA热毒痰瘀型患者按2∶1随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用解毒通脉胶囊,对照组用通心络胶囊,用药4周后比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解毒通脉胶囊治疗UA热毒痰瘀型效果显著,值得临床广泛推广。Objective： To discuss the clinical efficiency of Jiedu Tongmai Capsule on treating the UA of heat phlegm and blood stasis type. Methods ： According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine New Drug Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris by Clinical Research Guiding Principle published in 2002 by Ministry of Public Health,90 UA cases of heat phlegm and blood stasis type were randomly into 2 groups by the ratio of 2 to 1 ： treatment group and control group. Jiedu Tongmai Capsule was given the treatment group and Tongxinluo capsule was given to the control group. The result after 4 weeks was compared. Results ： Treatment group had better efficiency than the control group, and their comparative differences had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions ： It has a significant effect treating UA of heat phlegm and blood stasis type by Jiedu Tongmai Capsule and it＇s worth being spread widely.
