摘　　要：目的:验证葛根芩连汤药效组分解热抗炎的药效作用。方法:采用角叉菜胶致大鼠发热及致大鼠足趾肿胀法,考察葛根芩连汤药效组分的解热抗炎作用。结果:在角叉菜胶致大鼠发热及足趾肿胀试验中,葛根芩连汤及其药效组分高、中、低剂量组能不同程度的抑制大鼠发热和大鼠足趾肿胀,与阴性对照组比较具有一定的统计学意义。结论:葛根芩连汤药效组分具有较好的解热抗炎作用。Objective： To verify antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of the active components alignment （ ACA ） in Gengen Qinlian Decoction. Methods ： Crrageenan-induced rats thermal and foot swelling method was used to examine antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of the active compositions alignment in Gengen Qinlian Decoction. Results ： In the experiments of crrageenan-induced rats thermal and foot swelling, active compositions alignments of the Gengen Qinlian Decoction group, the low-dose group, the medium-dose group and the high-dose group can control rats thermal and foot swelling. Comparing with the control group, there was significant difference among the Gengen Qinlian Decoction group, the low-dose group, the medium-dose group and the high-dose group. Conclusion ： The active compositions alignments in Gengen Qinlian Decoction have good antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
