解毒活血方对AS兔模型血脂及粥样斑块的影响  

Effect of Jiedu Huoxue Recipe on Hyperlipidemic and Atherogensis of Vulnerable Plaque Rabbits' Model

摘　　要：目的:探讨解毒活血方对动脉粥样硬化兔模型血脂及粥样斑块形成的影响。方法:通过球囊损伤主动脉内膜联合高脂饲养建立实验性动脉粥样硬化易损斑块动物模型,随机分为中药低剂量治疗组、中药高剂量治疗组、辛伐他汀治疗组、模型对照组,分别予以低剂量解毒活血方、高剂量解毒活血方、辛伐他汀、生理盐水灌胃;另设正常对照组以生理盐水灌胃,疗程10周。观察主动脉HE染色病理改变、血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)变化。结果:高剂量解毒活血方组、辛伐他汀组对TC、LDL-C升高有一定的抑制作用,且辛伐他汀组优于解毒活血方组,而病理结果显示高剂量解毒活血方组斑块更趋于稳定。结论:解毒活血方具有稳定易损斑块的作用,调节血脂可能是其作用机制之一。Objective ： To study the effects of Jiedu Huoxue Recipe on experimental hyperlipidemia and atherogensis of rabbits. Methods ： To establish forty vulnerable plaque models by injuring the rabbits＇ abdominal-thoracic aorta intima with the balloon-injured angioplasty through femoral artery at the second week, then followed with high cholesterol feeding beginning at the third week. The forty model rabbits were randomly divided into four groups： model control group （ n=10 ）, the simvastatin treating group （ n=10 ）, small-dose Jiedu Huoxue Recipe group （ n=10 ）, large-dose Jiedu Huoxue Recipe group （ n=lO ）. At the third week, first drug intervention was added during the process. And there was a normal control group in which were ten healthy male New Zealand white rabbits fed with standard feed. After administered for 10 weeks, rabbits were sacrificed for aorta AS pathological examination with microscope. Serum total levels of cholesterol （ TC ）, triglyceride （ TG ）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL-c ）, and hight density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL-c ） were examined. Results ： Compared with the model group, concentrations of TC and LDL-e of in the simvastatin treating group, large-dose Jiedu Huoxue Recipe group were lowered significantly, and the simvastatin treating group was superior to the large-dose Jiedu Huoxue Recipe group. The aortic plaques of large-dose Jiedu Huoxue Recipe group showed characteristics of stable plaque. Conclusion：Jiedu Huoxue Recipe could prevent atherosclerosis vulnerable plaque by lowering hyperlipidemic in experimental rabbits.
