摘 要:目的:建立黑地黄丸及其各单味药指纹图谱,探讨黑地黄丸复方水煎液与各单味药化学成分的异同。方法:水煎煮法制备黑地黄丸及其各单味药供试液,HPLC法建立其指纹图谱,对各色谱峰的归属进行分析,比对黑地黄丸复方水煎液与各单味药指纹图谱中药物化学成分的异同。结果:在黑地黄丸复方水煎液指纹图谱中共检出65个药源性成分,1个为煎煮后的化合产物。结论:黑地黄丸复方水煎液与各单味药指纹图谱中药物化学成分存在差异,复方经水煎煮后有新的化合产物生成。Objective:To establish the Black Dihuang Pill and its single herbs fingerprint, and to discuss the similarities and differences of the water decoction and each single herbs. Methods : Chinese herbs were tested by HPLC method to establish the fingerprint. The attribution of each chromatographic peak was analyzed, and similarities and differences of chemical composition of Black Dihuang Pill water decoction and each single herbs were studied. Results : Black Dihuang Pill water decoction fingerprint tested 65 drug- induced constituents, 1 for decoction combined product. Conclusion : Black Dihuang Pill water decoction and each single herbs fingerprints had chemical composition differences. There was new generated product after water decoction.
