小陷胸汤1949—1979年间发表的个案文献质量评价及病症谱

摘　　要：该文对1949—1979年国内发表的85篇小陷胸汤方相关文献进行文献分类,整理筛选符合纳入标准的中医个案文献,按照循证医学原则,依据课题组制定的《〈伤寒论〉方临床医案文献质量评价量表》(简称评分表),对符合纳入标准的中医个案文献进行质量评价。结果:符合纳入标准的个案文献数量较少,仅8篇17例。文献集中在1960、1976、1977、1978、1979年。文献评分等级结果为甲级1例,乙级6例,丙级7例,丁级3例。符合纳入标准的医案数量较少,医案规范化质量不高。该阶段个案文献中小陷胸汤用于治疗的疾病主要是冠心病和胸膜炎。In this article we classified the 85 literature about Xiaoxianxiong Decoction published in China during 1949--1978, and then selected TCM cases in the literature met the inclusion criteria. In accordance with the principles of evidence-based medicine and according to the literature quality ratings table （ referred to as the scoring table ）which is the research group developed and Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases, we evaluated the quality of cases of Chinese medicine literature that met the inclusion criteria. The number of cases in the literature met the inclusion criteria was small, only 8 literature including 17 cases. The literature was concentrated in 1960, 1976,1977,1978,1979. Literature Grading Grade results were 1 case for A,6 cases for B and 7 cases for C,3 cases for D. The number of medical cases met the inclusion criteria was small and the standardization of medical case was not of high quality. Xiaoxianxiong Decoction mainly treats coronary heart disease and pleurisy in the literature during this period.
