石斛及石斛复方对糖代谢效应研究

摘　　要：石斛具有滋阴清热、养胃生津作用,药理研究具有调节免疫、降低血糖、抑制肿瘤等作用。近年来多数学者对石斛及石斛复方对糖尿病的作用及机制进行研究,获得诸多成果,该文就目前石斛及石斛复方对糖代谢效应的研究现状进行综述。Dendrobium has the effects of nourishing Yin and clearing away heat, nourishing stomach and improving production of body fluid. Besides, pharmacological research has showed that it has the effects of regulating immune response, lowering blood glucose, inhibiting tumors and so on. In recent years, many scholars have studied the therapenutical effect and mechanism of dendrobium and dendrobium compound in diabetes mellitus, and great achievements have been obtained. This article reviews the research status of the effects on glucose metabolism with dendrobium and dendrobium compound.
