电针对I型超敏反应模型大鼠P物质及肥大细胞脱颗粒水平影响

摘  要:目的:探讨电针对I型超敏反应模型大鼠的治疗效果。方法:将40只实验大鼠随机分成4组,分别为电针组(10只)、阳性药物组(10只)、模型组(10只)、空白对照组(10只)。应用卵白蛋白对实验大鼠造成I型超敏反应模型,模型建立后对电针组、阳性药物组给予相应治疗,采用ELISA法测定大鼠血清中P物质浓度,用比色法测定大鼠体内肥大细胞脱颗粒率,并通过录像回放观察并统计大鼠的搔抓次数。结果:电针组与模型组大鼠相比搔抓次数明显减少(P<0.01),血清中P物质含量显著降低(P<0.01),肥大细胞脱颗粒含量明显减少。电针组和阳性药物组相比,以上两种指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:电针对I型超敏反应模型大鼠具有一定的治疗效果。Objective : To investigate the effect of eleetroacupuneture for type I hypersensitivity model rats. Methods : The experimental rats were randomly divided into four groups, respectively electroaeupuneture group ( 10 ), positive drug group ( 10 ), model group ( 10 ), blank control group ( 10 ). With ovalbumin manufacturing X type hypersensitivity model, the electroacupuneture group and positive drug group were given the corresponding treatment, using ELISA method to determine concentration of substance P in rat serum and colorimetry test was used for testing the mast cell degranulation rate, and through the video playback observation, the number of rats scratch was determined. Results : Compared with model group rats, the electroacupuneture group rats caught less ; the content of substance P was decreased ( P〈0.05 ); the content of mast cell degranulation was decreased ( P〈0.01 ), and they all had remarkable differences, and there was no remarkable difference between electroacupuncture group and positive drug group ( P〉0.05 ). Conclusion : Eleetroacupuncture can treat type I hypersensitivity model rats effectively.
