摘　　要：目的:探讨近十几年来温胆汤及其加减对疾病治疗的临床研究进展,为今后的深入研究提供一定的依据。方法:通过查阅近十年温胆汤的相关期刊与文献,从温胆汤对精神神经系统、心血管系统、消化系统和呼吸系统疾病的临床研究经验进行分析总结。结果:在上述疾病中,各医家在临床上都取得了较满意的治疗效果。结论:温胆汤及其加减对精神神经系统、心血管系统、消化系统和呼吸系统疾病有临床应用价值,对以后的研究开发有一定的意义。Objective： To investigate the clinical research progress of Wendan Decoction and its modified decoctions on treating diseases in the last decade and to provide a certain basis for further research in the future. Methods ： By searching and reading the related journals and literature in nearly a decade, the analysis summarized the clinical research experience on effects of Wendan Decoction on nervous system, cardiovascular system, digestive system and respiratory system disease. Results： For the above disease, doctors in clinic have achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect. Conclusion： Wendan Decoction and its modified decoctions have clinical application value for nervous system, cardiovascular system, digestive system and respiratory system diseases, and are of certain significance for future research and development.
