摘 要:采用SCP分析范式对山西焦化产业的产业组织展开实证分析。分析认为,虽然山西焦炭产业在全国乃至世界市场上占据重要地位,但由于市场的集中度、产品差别化程度较低及政府的规制壁垒逐渐提高等市场结构方面的原因导致山西焦化企业在市场上的议价能力较弱,缺乏主动兼并重组的动力。山西焦化企业应对市场竞争采取的主要措施是全产业链策略及以产能置换为主要方式、以获取合法产能为目的的兼并重组策略,山西焦化产业对资本要素的利用效率呈现出不断降低的态势,对土地和劳动要素的利用效率不断提高。This article uses the SCP paradigm to analyze industrial organization of Shanxi coking industry. The analysis shows that although Shanxi coke products occupy an important position in the country even the world mar- ket. Shanxi coking enterprises basically have no market pricing power in the market due to the factors of the market structure such as the low levels of market concentration, product differentiation and the gradual improvement of reg- ulation barriers of government , what' s more, coking enterprises lack initiative power of annexing and reorganizing. The main strategy of Shanxi coking enterprises to cope with market competition are the whole industry chain devel- opment strategy and the merger and acquisition strategy which take capacity replacement as the main way to get le- gal capacity. The capital utilization efficiency of Shanxi coking industry elements is decreasing, but the utilization efficiency of land and the labor factors are improving.
