摘  要:目的了解临床分离屎肠球菌的科室分布及耐药性,为临床治疗提供参考。方法统计2010年10月—2012年9月屎肠球菌分离菌的分布和耐药情况,药敏试验操作和判断按照法国生物梅里埃公司标准。结果 176株屎肠球菌,主要分离自重症监护病房(85株),其次为老年病科(44株),呼吸内科(25株)等。药敏试验结果显示,屎肠球菌对万古霉素和利奈唑胺耐药率分别为23.9%和6.2%。结论屎肠球菌对万古霉素和利奈唑胺耐药率结果表明,该菌耐药性呈增长趋势,对临床构成严重威胁,加强感染控制措施是当务之急。Objective To investigate the prevalence of antibiotic resistant Enterococcus faecium in our hospital for better clinical control of infections caused by such strains. Methods The clinical and susceptibility testing data were reviewed and analyzed for the 176 strains of E. faeciurn isolated from patients during the period from October 2010 to September 2012. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing were conducted and interpreted in accordance with the BioM^rieux standards. Results The result of antimi-crobial susceptibility testing showed that these E. faecium strains were mainly isolated from ICU patients. About 23.9% and 6.2% of these E. faeciurn strains were resistant to vancomycin and linezolid, respectively. Conclusions Resistance of E. fae-ciurn to vancomycin and linezolid poses a serious threat to clinical practice and implies the importance of strengthening infection control.
