摘　　要：目的 :建立了采用高效液相色谱法测定了一种药物新剂型甲磺酸酚妥拉明分散片的含量的方法。方法 :采用KromasilC18色谱柱 ,流动相为醋酸溶液 (取冰醋酸 1 .0ml加水至 1 0 0 0ml,用三乙胺调节pH值至 3.8) 甲醇 ( 1 0∶90 ) ,检测波长设定在 2 78nm。结果 :线性范围为进样量 0 .2～ 5.0 μg ,r =0 .9998,平均回收率为 99.5% ,RSD =0 .70 %。结论 :本方法快速、无干扰、精密度好。OBJECTIVE:Dispersible phentolamine mesylate tablets are new drugs that can be dissolved and released rapidly.Their contents were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.METHODS:Samples were dissolved with hydrochloric acid solution(add 2% hydrochloric acid 1.0ml to 1000ml with water) methyl alcohol(1∶1).The analytical column was packed with Kromasil C 18 5μ 200mm×4.6mm.The mobile phase consisted of ethanoic acid solution(glacial acetic acid 1.0ml was added to 1000ml with water,and the pH was adjusted to 3.8 with triethylamine) methanol(10∶90).The detection wavelength was set at 278nm.RESULTS:The caliblation curve was linear in the range from 0.2μg to 5.0μg,r=0.9998.The average recovery was 99.5%,with RSD of 0.70%.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the drug control.
