浅谈优质护理服务在老年患者中的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:浅谈优质护理服务在老年患者中的实施方法和体会。方法:选取本科2010年6月-2011年8月收治的189例老年住院患者作为对照组,2011年10月-2012年12月收治的189例老年住院患者作为观察组,对照组给予常规护理服务,观察组给予优质护理服务,记录两组结果并进行对比分析。结果:观察组实施优质护理服务后与对照组相比较,住院时间明显缩短,住院费用明显降低,并发症发生率明显减少,基础护理合格率、健康教育知晓率、患者满意度显著提高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据老年人不同的生理、心理以及疾病特点对老年患者实施优质护理服务,提高了护理人员的自身素质和服务水平,提高了患者满意度,有利于疾病的治疗和康复。Objective：To discuss the implementation method and experience in elderly patients with the high quality nursing service.Method：189 elderly hospitalized patients were selected as the control group in our department from June 2010 to August 2011,189 elderly hospitalized patients were selected as the observation group in our department from October 2011 to December 2012.The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given the high quality nursing service,the analysis results in two groups were recorded and compared.Result：The observation group compared with the control group after the implementation of high quality nursing service,the hospitalization time was shortened,and hospital costs were significantly lower,the complication rate was significantly reduced,the qualified rate of basic nursing,health education and the awareness rate of patient satisfaction improved significantly,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：According to the elderly of different physiological,psychological and disease characteristics of the implementation of quality care for elderly patients,improve the quality of nursing staff and service level,improve patient satisfaction,is conducive to the treatment and rehabilitation of the disease.
