利多卡因联合不同浓度罗库溴铵缓解注射痛的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨利多卡因联合不同浓度罗库溴铵对注射痛的缓解作用。方法选择行经1：2插管全麻的择期手术患者120例（ASAI-Ⅱ级），按随机数字表法分为A、B、C组各40例。三组患者均静脉注射利多卡因30mg10s后，静脉注射罗库溴铵10mg（A组浓度为10mg／ml，B组浓度为5mg／ml，C组浓度为1mg／m1），10s内推注完，立即测评患者疼痛评分，记录MAP、HR、SpO：及输注并发症。结果三组患者注射痛发生率分别为35．0％，25．0％和2．5％；A、B组疼痛程度比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；C组疼痛程度与A、B组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0。01）；各组MAP、HR、Sp02及输注并发症比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论预先注射利多卡因30mg／ml，罗库溴铵稀释到1mg／ml推注能简单、有效的预防男崖淖咎辟射痛．Objective To evaluate the efficacy of lidocaine combined with different concentrations of rocuronium to prevent the rocuronium-＇induced intravenous injection pain. Methods One hundred and twenty patients （ ASA I - II ） scheduled for elective sur- gery were randomly divided into 3 groups ：lidocaine 30 mg and rocuronium 10 mg/ml group （Group A） ,lidocaine 30 mg and rocuroni- um 5 mg/ml group（ Group B） ,lidocaine 30 mg and rocuronium 1 mg/ml group （Group C） ,40 cases in each group. Patients in each group firstly received intravenous lidocaine 30 mg. Ten seconds later,the group A received intravenous rocuronium 10 mg/ml （ 1 ml） within ten seconds, while the group B received roeuronium 5 mg/ml （2 ml） and the group C received roeuronium 1 mg/rnl （10 ml） , re- spectively. The pain score, MAP, HR, SpO2and side effects were recorded immediately. Results The frequencies of injection pain were 35.0% ,25.0% and 2. 5% in the group A, B and C ,respectively. There was no significant difference between the group A and B while there were significant differences between the group A and C or between the group C and B （ all P 〈 0. Ol ）. No significant differences in MAP, HR, SpO2 and side effects of injection were found among the groups. Conclusion Pre-treatment with 30 mg of lidocaine and 1 mg/ml of rocuronium was the most effective and simple strategy to prevent the pain during iv. rocuronium injection.
