摘　　要：目的:观察二十五味藏药口服液对内毒素损伤大白鼠呼吸、心率、血压的影响。方法:SD雄性大鼠18只,随机分为生理盐水组、二十五味藏药组、地塞米松组,采用内毒素攻击大鼠的方法,在给内毒素后1h、2h、3h分别检测动物呼吸、心率、血压并与给药前比较。结果:呼吸:注射内毒素1h后三组动物频率降低,2h后有升高趋势、3h后有降低的趋势,组间无显著差异。心率:生理盐水组和地塞米松组在给药后1h、2h、3h的心率均逐渐减慢,二十五味藏药组给药前后变化不明显,说明药物有对抗内毒素减慢心率的的作用。血压:生理盐水组给内毒素后逐渐降低,地塞米松组和二十五味藏药组变化不明显,说明药物有对抗内毒素降低血压的作用;结论:二十五味藏药口服液有对抗内毒素减慢心率和降低血压的作用,但对呼吸的作用不明显。Objective ： To observe the twenty - five Tibetan medicine oral liquid on endotoxin damage rat breath- ing, heart rate, blood pressure effect. Methods： Eighteen SD rats were randomly divided into normal saline group, the group of twenty - five tastes medicine, dexamethasone group, using the method of endotoxin against rats, for 1 h, 2 h, 3 h after endotoxin detected in animal breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, and compared with drug delivery before. Results： Breathing： reduces the frequency of the three groups of animals after injec- tion of endotoxin in 1 h, 2 h after the rise trend, after 3 h lower trend, there was no significant difference be- tween groups. Heart rate： saline group and dexamethasone group after the delivery of 1 h, 2 h, 3 h heart rate is gradually slow, does not change significantly before and after dosing drugs group, suggests that drugs had against endotoxin slow heart rate. Blood pressure ： saline group to reduce gradually, after endotoxin dexamethasone group and drug group change is not obvious, that drug against endotoxin of lowering blood pressure. Conclusion： twen- ty- five Tibetan medicine oral liquid had against endotoxin to slow down the heart rate and reduced blood pres- sure, but the effect is not obvious for breathing.
