HPLC法测定蒙药草果四味汤散中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立蒙药草果四味汤散中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，应用HypersilC18（250mmx4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱；乙腈-甲醇-0．01％磷酸水（50：8：42）为流动相；流速0．8mL·min-1；检测波长225nm；柱温25℃。结果：木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯分别在0．12～0．72g，0．1125～0．6750g与峰面积具有良好的线性关系，木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的平均回收率分别为99．51％，98．90％，RSD为0．53％，1．19％（n=6）。结论：该方法精密度高．分离度好，可用于蒙药草果四味汤散中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量测定。Objective： To establish a method for the Determination of Costunolide and Dehydrocostuslactone in Caoguo Siwei Tangsan pill. Methods： Hypersit ODS C18 （250 mm x 4.6ram, 5 μm） column; with acetonitrile - methanol -0.01% phosphoric acid water （50：8：42） as mobile phase; flow rate of 0.8mL ？ min - 1 ; detec- tion wavelength 225nm; column temperature was 25 ℃. Results： costunolide and lactone dehydrogenase, re- spectively 0. 12μg - 0.72μg, 0. 112 5μg - 0. 675 μg peak area within the range of a good linear relationship between the dehydrogenase costunolide and within woody Ester, the average recoveries were 99.51%, 98.90%, RSD was 0.53%, 1.19% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method of high precision, resolution, and can be used in the Mongolian Soup Powder hematoxylin Liuwei costunolide and determination of lactone dehydrogenase.
