摘 要:目的研究淮海地区患者肾结石的成分状况,为预防和治疗肾结石提供帮助。方法对338例患者肾路结石标本进行化学成分测定,结合临床资料进行比较。结果男性发病多于女性,男女比例3:2,20~50岁高发,成分以草酸钙、磷酸钙和尿酸盐混合结石为主。结论肾结石成分分析对于了解肾结石成因、预防结石形成和复发具有重要意义。Objective To research consituents of kidney stones in Xuhai region,and provide Methods in prevention and treatment of kidney stones. Methods Chemical analysis was carried out on 338 random samples of kidney stone. The chemical components of the stones were compared with the clinical data. Results Kidney stones were more often found in males than females, and the ratio was 3:2, especially in those from 20 to 50 years old. The common components of the stones are mixed stones, which are mainly composed calcium oxalate, calcium phosphate and uric stores. Conclusion Chemical composition analysis may provide important infomaation about etiology and prevention of kidney stones.
