氯普鲁卡因应用于剖宫产手术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的对氯普鲁卡因在剖宫产手术中的临床应用进行观察,探讨其效果及安全性。方法选择90例进行剖宫产手术的孕妇征求同意后随机分为试验组和对照组,每组45例,分别采用3%氯普鲁卡因和2%利多卡因麻醉,两者均采用单管硬膜外神经阻带,试验后1次注入药物10 mL,观察其麻醉效果,对其麻醉起效时间、疼痛消失时间以及运动阻滞时间、疼痛恢复时间和运动恢复时间等指数进行统计对比。结果试验组:麻醉起效时间(3.8±1.24)min、疼痛消失时间(8.6±3.31)min,运动阻滞时间(13.7±3.14)min以及运动恢复时间(78.8±18.2)min均远低于对照组:麻醉起效时间(5.3±1.57)min,疼痛消失时间(15.6±3.78)min,运动阻滞时间(19.8±4.65)min,运动恢复时间(87.9±19.5)min;两组患者痛觉恢复时间相似,痛觉恢复后5 min试验组疼痛程度试验明显重于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组均未出现不良反应。结论氯普鲁卡因应用于剖宫产手术麻醉效果,起效时间短、运动阻滞效果以及恢复效果均好于利多卡因。且无不良反应,相对于利多卡因更适合用于剖宫产手术的麻醉。Objective To observe the clinical application of chloroprocaine in caesarean operation, to investigate the effect and safety. Methods 90 cases of pregnant women with caesarean operation in our hospital, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 45 cases of patients in each group, respectively with 3% chloroprocaine and 2% lidocaine anesthesia, both of which adopts the single epidural nerve block, 1 injection drug 10 mL, and observe the anesthetic effect, statistics and comparison of the onset time of anesthesia, time of pain and motor block time, recovery time of motor index and pain. Results The experimental group： anesthesia onset time （3.8±1.24）min, the pain disappeared time （8.6±3.31） min, motor blockade （13.7±3.14）rain and motion recovery time （78.8±18.2）min were much lower than Control group： The onset time （5.3±1.57）rain, the pain disappeared time （15.6±3.78）min, motor blockade （19.8±4.65）min, sports recovery time （87.9±19.5）min; patients were pain recovery time similar pain recovery after 5 min test test group was more severe pain than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. No adverse reactions. Conclusion Chloroprocaine used in caesarean operation anesthesia is effect,including the onset time,effect of motor block and recovery effect is better than lidocaine. And no adverse reaction,relative to the anesthesia oflidocaine is more suitable for caesarean operation.
