不同形式金属硫蛋白异构体对小鼠免疫效果的观察

摘　　要：用MT_1和MT_2各三种形式,间隔2～3周免疫Balb/c小鼠3～4次,结果表明:偶联形式MT_1和MT_2抗血清效价分别达到和超过1:25600;单位形式MT_1和MT_2抗血清效价为1:6400和1:25600,而自聚体形式的MT_1和MT_2的免疫效价仅在1:60以下。Each of MT1 and MT2 is a low-mol - wt,poor immunogenic protein. In the paper Baib/c mice were immunized by three forms of each MTl and MT2 at 2-3 week's intervals ,the results showed that the antiboby titre in the sear of mice immunized by the conjugated MTl and MT2 reached and exeeded 1:25600 respectively;the titre of mice immunized by monomeric MTl and MT2 was respecticely 1:6400 and 1:25600;whereas that of mice immunized by self-polymeric MTl and MT2 was only below 1:60.
