高校学报编辑的素质及其提高途径

摘　　要：高校学报编辑是办刊的执行者,他们为我国的精神文明建设和物质文明建设提供源源不断的精神动力。要提高高校学报的质量,高校编辑素质是一项关键性的因素。因此,相关高校要对学报编辑进行各种培训和继续教育,也就是要以人为本,对编辑队伍进行素质建设。文章分析说明了对编辑的素质要求,并对新时期如何提高编辑素质的途径进行了探讨。Colleges and Universities editors are the magazine executive, who are our countries spiritual civilization and material civilization provide a steady stream of spiritual power. To improve the quality of Universities journal, collegeseditors quality is a key factor. Therefore, the relevant universities Journal editorson a variety of training and continuing education, which is to be people-oriented, quality of editorial teams of construction. This article analyzesillustrate the quality requirements foreditors,and how to improve the editor's quality new approaches are discussed.
