摘  要:为获得轴向磁通切换混合励磁同步电机优化方案,研究电机结构参数变化对其性能的影响规律。利用ANSYS软件建立电机三维有限元仿真模型;综合考虑感应电动势和齿槽转矩等性能指标,分别研究电机定子槽、永磁体、转子齿形状及尺寸改变对电机性能的影响规律。计算结果表明,采用矩形定子槽较梯形定子槽电机感应电动势更大,矩形定子槽占内径圆弧为8.5°时综合性能较好;永磁体用量保持不变前提下,感应电动势随永磁体弧长变化不太明显,而形状系数k=0.8时齿槽转矩最小;随着永磁体高度的变化,在形状系数k=0.95时,感应电动势可提高约4 V;转子齿斜角β=6°时感应电动势可提高3.3 V。采用矩形定子槽、合适的永磁体高度及附加转子齿斜角,可有效提高电机感应电动势,削弱齿槽转矩。In order to achieve an optimal scheme of the axial flux-switching hybrid excitation synchronous machine (AFHESM), the influences on the performances of AFHESM are numerically investigated with some structure parameters changed. The 3D FEA model of AFHESM was built by ANSYS software. Con- sidering the induced electromotive force (EMF) and cogging torque of AFHESM, the shape and size of stator- slot, permanent magnet (PM) and rotor-teeth were studied. The results show that the induced EMF adopting rectangular slot is larger than that of adopting trapezoid slot, and the optimal width of rec- tangular slot is 8.5 o. By keeping the same volume of PMs, the EMF has little change with the PM' s arc length varied, and the minimum cogging torque was obtained when the PM shape coefficient k is 0.8. With the PM' s height changed, the EMF is increased by 4 V when k is 0.95 and it is increased by 3.3 V when the rotor-teeth bevel angle is 6. The induced EMF is improved and the cogging torque is weaken effectively by adopting rectangular slot, appropriate PM height and rotor-teeth bevel angle.
