我国绿色工业建筑评价体系发展浅析

摘　　要：绿色工业建筑是可持续发展战略对工业建筑领域的内在要求。GB 50378—2006《绿色建筑评价标准》未涵盖工业建筑,因此,建立和完善适合我国国情的绿色工业建筑评价体系,成为工业建筑领域十分迫切的工作。通过与民用建筑比较,分析了绿色工业建筑评价的特点及难点,总结了我国在绿色工业建筑评价方面的实践,提出应重视宣传推动的重要作用。Green industrial building is an inherent requirement of the strategy of sustainable development in the field of industrial construction. ＂The Green Building Evaluation Standards＂ promulgated by China is still not yet applicable for the industrial building, therefore, to establish a green industrial building evaluation system which is suitable for Chinese national conditions is an urgent need in the field of industrial buildings. Compared with the civil buildings, the character- istics and difficulties of green industrial building evaluation system are analyzed; the practice in the evaluation of green industrial building is summarized and more attention should be paid to the propaganda of the green industrial building evaluation system.
