摘  要:再生混凝土自保温承重砌块具有经济、环保、节能、高强及隔声等优点。通过对36个再生混凝土砌块砌体进行轴心抗压试验,研究其受压破坏特征及受压性能。试验分析得出其抗压强度设计值略低于规范中混凝土多孔砖砌体的抗压强度设计值;给出了适用于再生混凝土砌块砌体的抗压强度平均值建议公式、砌体受压应力-应变曲线建议公式、弹性模量及泊松比的建议取值。此外,采用块体与砂浆分开建模的分离式模型进行砌体轴心抗压弹塑性有限元分析,结果表明,砌体轴心受压有限元模型可以较精确地模拟砌体结构的受压行为,且具有一定的分析精度。Recycled concrete self-insulation load-bearing block has the advantages of economy, environmental protection, energy saving, high strength and sound insulation. Based on 36 recycled concrete block masonries axial resisting compression tests, it was studied their compression failure characteristics and compression performance. Experimental results showed that the compressive strength of recycled block masonry was slightly lower than that of common block masonry. It was also given the suggested formula applicable to average compressive strength of recycled concrete block masonry, the suggested formula of compression stress-strain curve and the suggested values of elastic modulus and Poisson ratio. Article uses separated models of block masonry and mortar for elastic-plastic finite element analysis. The results show that the finite element model of axial compressive masonry can accurately simulate the compression behavior of masonry structures, which has a certain analytical precision.
