摘 要:为解决多根碳纤维(CFRP)筋的锚固问题,设计了3种CFRP筋复合型群锚,并进行静载锚固性能试验,测试锚具的极限拉力、各级荷载下CFRP筋的应变和锚具的总位移量。结果表明:所研制复合型群锚可有效锚固多根直径8 mm的CFRP筋,夹片与黏结组装件间抗滑移性能良好;黏结材料厚度为2 mm、金属筒长度为400 mm、金属筒厚度为3 mm时,锚具锚固性能较好,锚固效率系数达99.5%;金属筒受拉区最大拉应力出现在受拉区与夹持区临界处,较薄金属筒在该位置有拉断现象。In order to solve the problem of applying CFRP tendons to practical engineering, wedge-bond anchorage group for CFRP tendons was designed and tested. This anchorage group contains roUnd and fiat anchorage. The anchorage ultimate bearing capacity, CFRP-tentons strain and anchor displacement, failure modes of specimens were investigated. The results showed that the anchorage group system was able to anchor several 8 mm-diameter CFRP tendons. The anchorage between wedge and metal sleeve is good with no relative displacement. When the anchorage involves a 2 mm-thick bonding material, a 400 mm-length and 3 mm-thick metal sleeve, the anchorage group system can perform well with a 99.5% anchoring efficiency coefficient. The position of the maximal tensile stress of metal sleeves was near critical points, where the metal sleeve would be fractured.
