摘 要:结合工程实例,采用理论计算及现场实测的研究方法,分析架体立杆、水平杆的受力情况,及标准层层间模板支撑体系受力传递的分配规律;分析随着混凝土的硬化,楼面混凝土承担上部施工荷载的大小;通过混凝土同条件养护试块的强度,分析模板拆除与架体受力、混凝土强度之间的关系,得出若以架体受力稳定、楼板能自承重上部施工荷载即可拆模作为依据,则可为满堂模板支撑架体拆除提供一种新的途径。Combined with engineering example, using the research methods of theoretical calculation and field test, it was analysed the force conditions of the vertical and horizontal poles of the supporting frame as well as the distribution law of force transfer of interlayer supporting system for standard floor. It was also analysed the upper construction load carried by the floor concrete with hardening of concrete. Through the strength of concrete specimens cured at same conditions, it was also analyzed the relation among form removal, load of the frame, and concrete strength, it was concluded that if the load of the frame was stable, and the floor slab could carry the upper construction load, then the form could be removed, basedon which a new way could be provided for removing full form supporting frame system.
