摘 要:为检验大型火电厂主厂房钢结构框排架结构的抗震性能,对相似比为1/10的模型结构进行拟动力试验。试验结果表明:结构满足"三水准"抗震设防要求,但设计偏于保守,材料性能未能充分发挥,具有一定的优化空间。利用ANSYS有限元软件,以钢材体积最小为目标函数,对原型结构梁、柱截面进行优化和分析。计算结果表明:此次优化在获得较大经济效益的同时(节约材料24.66%),保证了结构整体抗侧刚度,使结构仍然具有较强的抗震能力。In order to test the seismic performances of the steel frame-bent structure of the main building of a large- scale thermal power plant, the pseudo-dynamic experiment on the 1/10 scaled model structure was conducted. The results show that the structure meets the three level fortification criterion requirement, however, the properties of the materials were not fully used and the design methods was conservative. In this paper, the original structure was optimized to make the steel volume be the minimum by means of finite element software ANS^rS. The simulated results show that 24.66 percent of the steel could be saved and significant effect of optimization could be achieved. Therefore, the lateral stiffness of the whole structure is ensured, and a good seismic capacity could be got by optimization design.
