摘  要:采用金相、扫描电镜、DSC分析和X射线衍射分析等方法,研究了Al-6.3Zn-2.3Mg-2.2Cu合金铸态和均匀化态的显微组织、相组成与分布状态,并进行了单级和双级均匀化后合金的组织对比。结果表明:试验合金经过465℃24h+480℃12 h双级均匀化处理后成分更均匀,残留相更少,达到更加理想的均匀化状态。The microstructure, phase composition and the composition distribution of as- cast and homogenized A1-6.3Zn-2.3Mg-2.2Cu aluminum alloy were studied by means of op- tical micrography analysis, scanning electron micrography analysis, DSC analysis, X-ray dif- fraction analysis, and so on. The results of single-homogenization and double-homogenization were contrasted. The results indicate that compositions of the tested alloy are more homogene- ous, residual phases are reduced and homogenization is more ideal when the alloy was homog- enized at 465℃ for 24 h + at 480℃ for 12 h.
