摘  要:多道次拉深旋压成形工艺复杂,旋轮轨迹与工艺参数的选取及其之间的匹配直接影响旋压件的成形质量和尺寸精度。因此,研究不同的旋轮轨迹和工艺参数对多道次拉深旋压成形的影响具有重要的意义。以Al6061和SPCC材料为研究对象,通过试验对比研究了不同轨迹的道次曲线和工艺参数对多道次拉深旋压成形质量的影响。结果表明:在其它工艺参数相同的情况下,采用凸凹圆弧往返进给无道次贴模推进的旋轮轨迹时,所获得的旋压件壁厚最均匀;采用此种旋轮轨迹时,旋轮安装角和进给比越大工件越容易起皱。Multi-pass drawing spinning process is complex, and the spinning part forming quality and dimensional accuracy are directly af- fected by the selection and matching between roller-traces and process parameters. Therefore, the study of the different roller-traces and process parameters on the multi-pass drawing spinning is of important significance. The plasticity of A16061 and SPCC were investigated. The influence of different trajectories and parameters on the quality during deep drawing spinning was studied. The results show that under the same conditions of other parameters, the most uniform thickness of spinning parts were obtained using the roller-trace of convex and concave curves with round trip feed and no-pass foil advancing. While, all the convex and concave curves with round trip feed and no-pass foil advancing can be taken for plates in multi-pass drawing spinning; the bigger the installation angle of roller and the larger the feed ratio, the easier the wrinkle.
