摘  要:粒子激发X射线谱仪(APXS)安装在月面巡视器外部,为了适应月夜时段月面长时间的低温环境,设计了APXS专用的月夜生存装置来保证仪器长时间低温环境下的存储温度要求。该装置采用放射性同位素加热单元(RHU)作为热源,通过对APXS散热面持续不断的辐射加热,实现仪器的低温存储温度要求。由热仿真计算结果可知,月夜时段APXS的最低存储温度约为-103℃,计算结果高于其能够承受的最低存储温度,并且APXS热平衡试验校验了该热控设计的正确性。The Alpha Particle X-ray Spectrometer (APXS) is installed on the outside of a Lunar Rover, lunar rocks and soil can be studied by the mobility of the Rover and flexibility of the robotic arm. Because to be exposed outside the rover, complex outer heat flux will have a greater impact on APXS. Especially moonlight temperature of the moon surface can be as low as - 180 ~C, and duration will be up to 10 days, so the instrument will be faced with the test in moonlight. In view of this, a specialized Moonlight survival device dedicated to the APXS is designed to ensure the instrument storage temperature requirements under a long time and low temperature environment. In this paper, the thermal control design of the moonlight survival device of APXS and the thermal simulation results based on its thermal control designs are summarized. And the calculation results have been verified by the corresDondin~ thermal balance test.
