摘 要:在ZnO—B2O2一SiO2系统低膨胀玻璃中掺杂不同质量分数(1%~4%)的Li2O,利用X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱分析了Li2O对玻璃结构和性能的影响.结果表明:Li2O的加入没有改变玻璃的无定形态,玻璃体始终存在[SiO4]和EBO4]结构;随着Li2O替代Na2O,玻璃中[BO3]结构渐渐转化成[BO4]结构,玻璃的热膨胀系数减小,软化温度和密度增加;当Li2O量分数增加到2%及以上时,B的配位数发生转变,[BO4]结构减少,热膨胀系数升高,软化温度和密度随之降低.由此可知,玻璃性能的变化是由化学组成和玻璃结构的共同变化所造成的.ZnO-B2 O3-SIO2 system low expansion coefficient glasses containing different concentrations of Li20 (ranging from 1% to 4 %) were prepared. The effects of structure and properties of the glass were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the non-crystal structure of the glass was not changed with the additive of Li20. With the increasing of Li20 instead of Na2 O, the expansion coefficient firstly decreased, and then increased when the concentration of Li20 reached 2% and above. Meanwhile, the softening temperature and density of the glass firstly increased and then decreased since the [BO3] glass structure has been transformed into [BO4 ]. It was the change of chemical composition and glass structure that influenced the properties of ~lass toeether.
