基于生活事件的信息服务整合方法及其应用

摘　　要：生活事件方法是一种基于用户日常生活中遇到的、与政府公共服务有关的生活事件(或商业情境)来组织、整合服务,并根据不同的用户情境提供不同服务流程的电子政务服务整合方法。生活事件方法的出现改变了以往单纯从信息资源属性的角度组织信息资源的状况,开始向以用户需求为中心组织信息资源转变,是一种值得关注和借鉴的信息资源组织方法。文章介绍了生活事件方法的概念、实现方式以及在电子政务领域的应用进展,并对生活事件方法在其它信息服务领域的应用前景做了简要的探讨。Life-events Approach is an E-government services integration method which organizes and integrates services based on life-events or business situation that users often meet in their daily lives and relate to government public services. The emergence of life-events approach is changing the way that organizes information resources only based on the attributes of information resources, and turning to users＇ needs. Life-events approach deserves attention and reference. This paper firstly introduces the concept of life-events approach, implementations and practice development of the approach, and then briefly discusses its application prospects in other fields.
