摘 要:米糠油酸中的油酸、亚油酸在较高温度下与马来酸酐发生反应生成加合物,再与醇胺反应生成醇酰胺,考查了反应条件对产物防锈性能的影响.较好的合成条件为:n米糠油酸∶n马来酸酐∶n二乙醇胺=3.5∶1.0∶5.7,其中第一步反应温度190℃,时间2 h;第二步反应温度165℃,时间3 h,在该条件下所得产物0.5%的水溶液防锈等级为0级.中间体及产物的红外光谱与预期结构相符.At higher temperature reaction adduct of maleic anhydride with oleic acid and linoleic acid in rice bran oil was obtained , and alcohol amid was resulted from the reaction of the adduct with alcohol amine .The effect of reaction conditions on the rust resistance of corresponding product was investigated .The optimal synthetic condi-tions were as follows:n(rice bran oleic acid)∶n(maleic anhydride)∶n(diethanolamine) =3.5∶1.0∶5.7, the first step reaction is at temperature 190 ℃for 2 h;and the second step reaction is at temperature 165 ℃for 3 h.The 0.5%aqueous solution of products obtained under this condition has a rust level of 0.Infrared spectra of products and intermediates are consistent with the expected structures .
