摘 要:采用5种不同品种的废弃桑枝进行天麻生产的研究。结果表明,废弃桑枝可以用来培育天麻,不同的桑枝生产天麻的产量有所不同。新一之濑桑枝作菌材生产的天麻产量最高、为7.75 kg/m2,产量最低的桑枝是嘉陵20、为2.46 kg/m2,天麻产量的高低依次为新一之濑>农桑14号>陕桑305>7681>嘉陵20。方差分析与显著性检验表明,各桑树品种间的差异达显著水平(F=68.75,α=0.01),其中新一之濑处于第一档、与其他4个品种的差异显著,农桑14号处于第二档,陕桑305和7681处于第三档,嘉陵20处于第四档。Five different abandoned mulberry branches were used for Gastrodia production in this work. Our results showed that abandoned mulberry branches could be used to cultivate Gastrodia and different mulberry resulted in different production. The yeild of "Xinyizhilai" was the highest, 7.75 kg/m^2; "Jialing20" was the lowest, 2.46 kg/m^2. In descending order, the yeilds were "Xinyizhilai", "Nongsang14", "Shansang305", "7681", "Jialing20". The analysis of variance and significance tests showed that F=68.75, and the differenees(α=0.01) were significant among these varieties; "Xinyizhilai" was in the first stage, "Nongsang14" was in the second, "Shansang305" and "7681" were in the third, "Jialing20" was the last.
