摘　　要：从传统货运代理的法律地位入手,通过探讨货运代理与第三方物流服务商的关系,从而考察传统货运代理商在转型中面临的法律责任和法律风险变化。In this paper, starting from the legal status of the traditional freight forwarders, we discussed the relationship between freight forwarders and third party logistics service providers and then observed the changes in the legal responsibility and risks of the traditional freight forwarders in their transformation into professional TPL service providers.
