摘　　要：首先分析了保税港内经营仓储物流业务的法律政策、环境和硬件优势;接着研究了保税港口仓储物流合同的法律特征,即在法律性质上属于诺成性合同、具有显著的第三方利益特征以及标的物的范围可以是特定物也可以是种类物;最后分析了保税港口内仓储物流业务的法律特殊性,指出其具有增值性、显著的第三方物流特征以及仓储物存储周期较长等特点。In this paper, we first analyzed the laws, policies, environment and hardware advantage of the warehousing and logistics businesses in bonded ports, then studied the legal characteristics of the warehousing and logistics contracts of the bonded ports and at the end analyzed the legal particularity of the warehousing and logistics businesses in the bonded ports, such as being value additive, marked characterized as third party logistics and rather long in warehousing cycle, etc.
