摘　　要：首先介绍了山西省内煤炭分布的整体概况,分析了山西省内各个地区煤炭运输的主要方式,提出了弥补铁路运力不足的最佳运输方式是公路运输。进一步对目前的煤炭公路运输现状进行了分析,并建立了使总运输费用最小的公路运输优化模型,通过求解模型得出了最优公路运输方案,优化后的运输方案比原先的运输方案节省了9亿元的运费。In this paper, we first introduced the general distribution of the coal mines in Shanxi, analyzed the main transportation modes of the various regions in the province and pointed out that the best means to remediate the lack of transportation capacity of the province is to develop roadway transportation. Then we further analyzed the current status of roadway transportation in the province, established the optimization model to realize minimal total transportation cost and thus derived the optimal roadway transportation solution.
