摘　　要：基于集群环境,分别从基础服务能力、信息服务能力、柔性服务能力、增值服务能力四个方面构建了第三方物流企业服务能力的评价指标体系;然后建立了基于熵权Topsis法的第三方物流企业服务能力评价模型;最后以某集群内三个物流公司为例,说明该评价指标及算法的应用。研究表明,通过该评价体系和评价算法,可以提高物流企业服务能力,降低集群物流成本,对物流企业和集群企业的发展具有重要的意义。In this paper, we established the evaluation index system of the TPL enterprise service capacity from four aspects, then built the TPL enterprise service capacity evaluation model based on entropy- weighted TOPSIS, and at the end, with three logistics enterprises within a certain industrial cluster, illustrated the application of the index system and the algorithm.
