摘　　要：从物流产业集群治理的内涵入手,分析了物流产业集群治理的基本逻辑。在此基础上,根据市场、层级以及社会资本这三个维度的作用强度不同,将物流产业集群的治理模式分为自主治理型、权威领导型、多中心型三种类型,并对这三种模式的特征进行了剖析。In this paper, starting from the connotation of the governance of logistics industrial clusters, we analyzed the basic logic of the governance of logistics industrial clusters, on such basis, in the light of different intensity of the three dimensions of market, hierarchy and social capital, classified the modes of the governance into the independent mode, authoritative mode and multi- center mode, and at the end expounded the properties of each of them.
