摘　　要：在对企业回收物流实施风险进行宏观和微观层面的识别后,对回收物流风险因素进行SWOT分析,找出风险因子,然后对企业回收物流实施过程中的风险因子进行相应的评估,以帮助企业认知实施过程中的风险,并制定相应的对策。In this paper, after identifying the risks of the enterprises implementing recycling logistics both on the macroscopic and microscopic levels, we carried out an SWOT analysis of the risk factors of recycling logistics, identified the risk factors and then evaluated them in the process of the implementation of recycling logistics by enterprises.
