摘　　要：在B2C企业采取TPL模式下,综合运用了层次分析法(AHP)和0-1混合整数规划方法,建立了层次结构模型,求出每个物流服务提供商的最终综合评测分值,以此作为目标函数的系数构建了第三方物流服务提供商选择以及最优物流量分配问题的0-1混合整数规划模型,并给出了算例。In this paper, we used comprehensively AHP and 0- 1 hybrid integer programming to build a hierarchical model and obtained the final comprehensive score of every logistics service provider, which then was made the coefficient of the objective function. Next we built the 0- 1 hybrid integer programming model for the selection of TPL service providers and optimal logistics task allotment and at the end presented a numerical example.
