摘　　要：运用模糊层次分析法,确定了虚拟物流企业文化建设二级指标和三级指标的权重,并对其企业文化建设进行了综合评价。结果显示,企业价值观居首位,企业物质文化次之,企业精神文化和制度文化排在后两位,这为虚拟物流企业文化建设工作提出了重点,对实际工作有一定的参考价值。In this paper, using the fuzzy AHP method, we determined the weights of the secondary and tertiary indexes in the cultural construction of virtual logistics enterprises and carried out an integrated evaluation of the cultural construction of the enterprise. Through the study, we found that enterprise value and material culture were the more important indexes in the cultural construction, followed by enterprise spiritual culture and institutional culture.
