摘　　要：运用集成供应链管理理论对现代企业物流管理进行研究与分析,可以对企业物流系统进行优化设计。首先概述了集成供应链管理理论的有关内容,进而以该理论为依据分析了现代企业物流管理的特点;在此基础上明确了企业集成化供应链管理的主要目标,重点分析现代企业物流信息管理系统、原材料采购供应物流系统、企业生产销售物流系统、企业物流渠道与客户响应管理,以期对提升企业物流管理水平有所借鉴。In this paper, we applied the integrated SCMtheory to studying the logistics management system of modern enterprises. First we introduced briefly the content of the integrated SCM theory, and then on the basis of the theory, analyzed the characteristics of the logistics management system of modern enterprises. Next, we determined the major objectives of the integrated SCM system of the enterprises and analyzed the major subsystems.
