摘　　要：详细分析了企业争取获得商业银行贷款以及银行惜贷两者的博弈关系,针对分析论证的结论建立了评价模型,介绍了基于供应链金融的几种融资模式,并建立了企业选择合适的融资模式的评价模型,以实现企业与银行双赢、甚至多赢的局面。In this paper, we analyzed in detail the game relationship between the attempt of the enterprises to obtain bank loan and the credit crunch of the banks, accordingly established an evaluation model, introduced several conventional modes of supply chain financing, and established the evaluation model for the selection of suitable supply chain financial mode to realize win- win, even multi- win, between the enterprises and the banks.
