摘　　要：针对我国农户分散生产模式下的供应链现状进行了分析,总结了当前农产品供应链效率低的原因,提出了基于市场风险控制的农产品供应链模式。创新性地提出了将农产品生产链整合到农产品供应链管理中,依据农产品流通的特点,平衡生产和需求之间的关系,同时给出了可行的实施方案,能够使分散农户面临的农产品市场风险得到有效的控制。In this paper, we analyzed the current status of the agricultural supply chains in view of the distributed agricultural production mode in China, summarized the causes of the low efficiency of the agricultural produce supply chains at the current stage, and proposed the agricultural produce supply chain mode based on market risk control. Then innovatively, we proposed to integrate the agricultural production chain into the SCM of agricultural products and then in the light of the characteristics of the circulation of agricultural produce, balance the relationship between production and demand.
