摘　　要：构建了医疗废弃物回收处置企业的网络拓扑结构,建立了医疗废弃物回收处置企业布局优化模型,设计了遗传算法程序对模型进行求解,并以辽宁省为例进行了实例研究,得到了辽宁省医疗废弃物回收处置企业的优化布局方案,实现了处置资源的优化配置。In this paper, we established the network topological structure of medical waste recycling and treatment enterprises, formulated the corresponding optimization model, designed the solution of the model using the genetic algorithm, and then in the empirical case of Liaoning, obtained the optimal layout plan of the medical waste recycling and treatment industry.
