烟草香糖料调制生产流程仿真的应用

摘　　要：借助西门子PLANT SIMULATION仿真平台,通过对香糖料调制过程的工艺、物流流程进行分析,建立香糖料调制过程的生产仿真模型。输入香糖料生产订单并模拟生产,得到较准确的订单交付时间,以辅助卷烟生产;通过遗传算法进行优化订单生产顺序,以缩短生产总时间,达到节约资源的目的。In this paper, using the PLANT SIMULATION platform, we analyzed the process and logistics flow of the concoction of tobacco sweeteners, and built the production simulation model of the process. According to the model, we made the tobacco sweetener production order as the input and simulated the production accordingly to obtain the relatively accurate order delivery time and then used the genetic algorithm to optimize the production sequence to reduce total production time.
