摘　　要：首先从系统界定、主题域确定和数据视图确定三个方面研究了将数据仓库和数据挖掘技术应用到物流作业控制管理中的若干需求问题,接着重点研究和设计了物流作业逻辑模块、物流作业数据挖掘物理模型和物流作业控制管理数据仓库模块的生成等几个核心问题,最后基于上述研究对某运输公司快递业务的管理控制进行数据挖掘实例研究。In this paper, from three aspects, we studied the issues in the application of the data warehousing and mining technology in the control and management of logistics activities, then designed the logistics activity logic module and the logistics activity data mining physics model as well as the generation of the logistics activity control and management data warehousing module, and at the end, applied the finding of the above studies to the control and management of the express business of a certain transportation company.
