摘 要:在油田生产过程中,联合站需要原油脱水控制系统,因此设计安全可靠的原油控制系统是石油生产过程中面临的重要课题。针对原油脱水控制系统发展现状,该设计根据联合站脱水岗控制要求,采用了多任务、可移植、可裁剪的μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统,ARM9(SCS2440)作为主控器,由传感器实时采集脱水系统各处参数,再由控制器进行计算,控制信号反馈到电动阀门进行调节,形成闭环控制,使脱水系统处于正常的工作状态。该设计可靠性高,实时性好,实现了对原油脱水系统的监测控制,具有很好的应用前景。In the process of oilfield production, a crude oil dehydration control system is needed in a union station. Therefore the design of safe and reliable crude oil control system is an important issue in the oil production process. For the development sta- tus of crude oil dehydration control system, according to the control requirements of union station, a muhitask, portable and scalable μC/OS - Ⅱ embedded system and a ARM9 master controller were used in the design. The system parameters were measured by the sensor in real time, calculated into the controller, then the control signals were fed to the motor operated valve to adjust, forming a closed-loop control, and the dewatering system was in proper working condition. This design has high reliability and real-time, re- alizes monitoring and control functions of crude oil dehydration system. A prospect of application is expected in the future.
