摘　　要：基于混合集成技术,设计并制作了具有TTL、RS232、RS485及HART标准接口输出的智能式数字压力传感器,该传感器由扩散硅敏感单元、A/D转换、CPU及数据存储电路、通讯接口电路构成。此外独立开发了传感器的数据采集和处理软件,此软件具有信号采集处理及校准功能,大大提高传感器测量综合精度。Based on hybrid integrated technology, intelligent type digital pressure sensor is designed and fabricated with TYL, RS232, RS485 and HART standard interface for output, the sensor is composed of silicon diffusion sensitive unit, A/D conversion, CPU and the data storage circuit, communication interface circuit. In addition, the independent development of the data acquisition and processing software sensor,this software has a signal acquisition and processing and calibration function, greatly improve the comprehensive precision sensor.
