摘 要:光离子化检测仪因其灵敏度高、响应快、功耗低等优点,在有机挥发性气体浓度检测方面具有广泛的应用前景。通过对光离子化检测仪基本原理的分析与研究,设计了一种基于现有PID电离室的光离子化检测仪硬件电路。主要硬件电路有中心控制芯片电路、USB接口电路、驱动电路及信号放大滤波电路。设计以单片机C8051F040为主控芯片,USB为传输通道,对挥发性气体进行数据采集存储及处理,并且描述了信号的微弱放大及抗干扰处理。同时,对设计过程中出现的问题及不足之处进行了优化。研究较之以前有响应快、集成速度快以及便携性高的特点。Photo ionization detector has wide application prospect specially in volatile organic substance because it has the ad- vantages of portable type, high accuracy (ppm magnitude), fast response and low-power and so on. Through the carefully analysis and Research on the basic principal of PID, we designed a photoionization detector hardware circuit on the premise of the previous design of the chamber room. The circuit includes the following sections:the center control chip circuit,the USB interface circuit,the drive circuit and the weak signal amplification circuit. This design used the MCU C8051F040 as the master chip and transmit by USB to make volatile gas data collection, storage and processing, and describes the weak amplification of the signal and anti-jam- ming processing. At the same time, we optimization the design process and the inadequacies. In this study, we made the detector re- spond faster,portability higher and Integrated faster than before.
