摘  要:研究了Ni-45Ti合金化和机械振动对ZA27合金显微组织、力学性能和热疲劳性能的影响,利用光镜对合金显微组织和热疲劳裂纹进行了观察。结果表明:加入适量的Ni-45Ti合金化和机械振动的合金,组织得到显著细化,力学性能与热疲劳性能得到明显提高;随着Ni-45Ti加入量的增加,抗拉强度和伸长率呈现先提高再降低的变化规律;在Ni-45Ti为0.6%时的合金具有最优的综合力学性能。研究还发现,0.6%Ni-45Ti合金化和机械振动的合金裂纹长度最短,并具有最好的热疲劳性能。The influence of Ni-45Ti alloys and mechanical vibration on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZA27 alloys and thermal fatigue properties has been researched in this article. The microstructure and thermal fatigue cracking have been observed by light microscopy. The results show that: the appropriate amount of Ni-45Ti alloys were added and mechanical vibration alloy, the organization has been significantly refined, mechanical properties and thermal fatigue performance is improved significantly. With the increase of Ni-45Ti content, tensile strength and elongation first increase and then decrease. When the Ni-45Ti content was 0.6%, optimal mechanical properties of alloys were obtained. The crack length is the shortest and ZA27 alloy has the best thermal fatigue with 0.6%Ni-45Ti alloys and mechanical vibration alloy.
